Getting your product up and running is the primary focus of our Implementation Team.   When you purchase one of our products, you will be assigned an Implementation Manager who will be responsible to understand your business needs and to ensure that the implementation process is done expeditiously and precisely.  We utilize a best-practice project schedule that let’s you understand the important key milestones for the system rollout.

You will also have a dedicated Trainer that will be onsite during the time you go live.  They will ensure that all aspects of the system and hardware like printers and scanners are up and running.  In addition they will train staff on how to properly use the system and to maximize the benefit of the system.

You will also have access to the trainers through follow-up onsite visits, virtual training, and pre-recorded training sessions.  Please refer to the Learning Center of Excellence for more details on what learning and training options are available.
