Larry McTavish has more than 30 years of experience in the software and information services industries. For more than ten years, McTavish was chairman and CEO of Comdata, a publicly-traded provider of information services, financial services and software to the transportation, retail and other industries. Prior to his leadership at Comdata, McTavish was chairman and CEO of Hogan Systems, a provider of enterprise software systems to the banking and financial services industries. He is a member of the board of advisors at Clayton Associates, FCA III and board member of Censis Technologies, two companies well-known in the health care industry.

Scott Palmer has over 25 years of experience working with several companies offering services and business solutions for outpatient healthcare facilities. Founder and president of Temple Information Systems, Palmer managed that company’s transition into a nationwide provider of information systems for the outpatient surgery industry. After Temple’s acquisition by HealthIS, he served as that company’s chief operating officer, and later chief executive officer. Under Palmer’s leadership, HealthIS became a leading provider of clinical and administrative applications for ambulatory surgical centers with over 600 clients, including many of the major national chains. After HealthIS was acquired by SourceMedical in 2001, Palmer directed SourceMedical’s surgery market strategy. Palmer then founded Prescient Healthcare Systems, provider of information management solutions for ambulatory surgery centers, which was subsequently acquired by SourceMedical in 2006. Palmer helped launch CTQ Solutions, a company providing ambulatory surgery facilities with patient satisfaction measurement and benchmarking services. Palmer is a frequent speaker and author on a variety of subjects related to the implementation of technology for surgical facilities and has worked as a consultant with a number of independent facilities and corporate development companies.

Ralph Riccardi is president and chief operating officer of SourceMedical’s Therapy division. Prior to joining SourceMedical, Riccardi served as senior vice president of channel partner programs for WebMD where he was responsible for sales and management of more than 650 IT vendor relationships representing more than $150 million in recurring revenue. He also served as the president and CEO of Omega Health Systems, a $15 million boutique healthcare application development business with 600 hospital clients nationwide. Riccardi also oversaw the establishment of the hospital division of NDCHealth through the integration of six competitive clearinghouse businesses. His business career was preceded by a 21-year career in the United States Air Force Medical Service where he held numerous healthcare roles including director of contracting policy and operations for the Office of the Surgeon General, USAF. He holds a master’s of business administration from Mississippi State University, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Chapman University and is board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Scott Stone joined SourceMedical as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer in March 2005. Prior to joining SourceMedical, Stone was president and COO of Nelson Brantley Glass Contractors where he provided strategic and operational leadership. His additional experience includes roles as group vice president of eBusiness and Internet operations and vice president of Internet operations for HealthSouth Corporation. He also held senior level management positions with Cingular Wireless and BellSouth (now AT&T). Stone is a certified public accountant and began his career as a staff accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds a master’s degree in professional accountancy and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.
