How to maximize the strength of your application
First and foremost, your KSA's - knowledge, skills and abilities are checked by our recruiters for a match with the job qualifications. Assuming those are in line, what separates routine applicants from premier candidates? We look for a completeness and professional presentation in all aspects of your application.
At the end of our application form, you'll be asked to attach your resume (required) and have the option to paste a cover letter. In addition to the quality of your resume, a big separator of candidates is the quality of their cover letter. While not required, a cover letter is your opportunity to tell us why you are a potential match for the position. A cover letter also serves as a signal to our recruiters that your interest level is genuine in SourceMedical.
Finally, to make sure you are matched with the right position, we need to understand your compensation needs. As you complete the online application, be honest about your current and expected salaries. This will save both you and our recruiters time if we have all the requested information.
Good luck in your career search, and feel free to contact our recruiter with questions: kris.dunn@sourcemed.net.
